If there are any in particular that you absolutely love, I will post the tutorial for you!

The dresser project was my first big project and what sparked my love for Annie Sloan Chalk Paint! Kelsey and I took my plain white dresser (which I acquired for free 99!) and turned it into this beautiful great distressed dresser with some fun knobs! (Thanks to Hooby Lobby for always having sales)
With this dresser, I also had a smaller matching one, and then my dad and I built a mirror frame and I painted it the same grey. That mirror is the one hanging in my entry way now! (Check it out in my 2 Hour Bench Project here.)
My "Happy Fall Y'all" sign was product of a girls night with my beautiful ladies Sara and Kaitlin! This was the beginning of my love for making the wood signs! It's just three fence boards screwed together. For stenciling we laid out each individual stencil and traced it with pen. Then when the tracing was done, we painted in the lines! That is the best way to have crisp edges and keep your stencils in good shape!
This was a fun little outdoor table I scored at a garage sale last summer. I was a dark wicker, the only problem was the wicker was chipping and discoloring and I wanted to try something new! Painted it with Annie Sloan Chalk paint in coco! Love the rich brown color!
My beloved rocking chair! This was such a fun project! Kelsey and I worked on this day project in my apartment! First we sanded it down (we did on the balcony!) and painted in the Annie Sloan Old White paint. After the paint was dried, we sanded the spots we wanted distressed, such as the butt spot and fake "wear and tear" up top. After we sanded all we wanted too, we took Miss Mustard Seed's Furniture Wax and rubbed the whole chair with it, focusing on high touch points. (Ex- the head of the chair, handles, butt, ect.) Last but not least we took a dark wax to the distressed parts just to antique it a little more! Unfortunately I sold it when we thought we were getting a specific house. With the house we are in now, it would have been perfect for the porch! Can't wait to do one like this again!
Since we have so many people in and out of our home, this is kind of a fun thing to have! We can leave little notes to each other or do what the boys do and continually write gay things to one another. Oh it is love.... <3

My pallet welcome sign was another that my lovely ladies, Sara and Kaitlin, assisted me with. After the pallet is taken apart, just attach it on the back it small pieces of wood (we used screws). Since this is fairly big (at least 3.5ft tall) I had a big piece of wood going diagonally down the back to make it sturdy, as well as smaller pieces on either end. After I laid out my stencils and stenciled with pen, my sister and I went to work on painting! I used Annie Sloan Chalk Paint in olive this time. I love this project! I made this in early fall, so i added the raffia blow, but I want to change it to something for spring. Any suggestions?

Last but not least of my throw back of my projects, my shot gun shell wreath! I love the way this turned out, but the building process took a ton of trial and error! I made a few for someone who wanted to give them as a Christmas gift,, and it worked out great. Next time I try this one, i will get a better hot glue gun with a high and low heat setting.
Thanks for checking out my page! If you want a step by step tutorial for any of these crafts/projects, just let me know! TGIF!
xoxo,
Kaitlin
