Sunday FUNday!

This Sunday was the best Sunday I have had in a while! Not only did the day start off with my two friends and sister being BAPTIZED at Puyallup Foursquare Church, but while I was at my friend Sara's beautiful baby shower, my HAWKS brought home the win!!!
Ashley and my sister, Kirstin!

Ashley, Kirstin, and Brittney before the baptism.
It was such an amazing experience to watch these ladies being baptized. I was baptized (well really its a christening when you're in infant) as a baby and am so thankful that my parents decided to start me off with the Lord's blessing. Sitting in church this morning, I was reminded of the amazing people in my life, and how lucky I am to be surrounded by them in the church.Thank you Kirstin, Brittney and Ashley for letting me be apart of this special experience!
My family
After church, I joined my friends at the new Farrelli's to watch the game. Boy was it painful. At half time, I went to the beautiful Frontier Park in Graham to help set up baby Kimber's baby shower. Seriously, the cutest baby shower I have ever seen! {more photos to come} I was in charge of the dessert table- mint and pink desserts, gold bead accents, and the back drop was a chalkboard room divider with Bible verses and little sayings for Kimber - adorable! Her nursery theme is the mint and pink, so that was the theme of the shower. During the afternoon we would stop and so Seahawks updates, but since none of us were watching the game, we didn't know that we had made a comeback until it was tied up! We paused the shower for the overtime and we all rejoiced together when the Hawks pulled it off! Can't believe it. Such an amazing turn around!!
On the tables, they had these adorable baby shower bingo cards. We filled them out (strategically) with what gifts we thought she would be given, and the first few people to get a bingo won a prize. It was a very cute idea, and one I hadn't seen done before.

Baby Kimber is so spoiled with love already, and she isn't due for another two months! Sara, your shower was beautiful and I can't wait to meet your little girl!

Xoxo,
Kaitlin

PS. GO HAWKS!
